Ideal house for a family, located in the countryside but only 10 km from the beaches of La Tranche sur Mer and Longeville sur Mer.<br>It is an old renovated farmhouse of 140m2 with 3 large rooms. A living room with a fireplace, 1 bedroom on the first floor with 4 beds in 90 and a bedroom upstairs with a beautiful framework (a bed in 160). The two bedrooms communicate by an internal staircase but there is also an external staircase.<br>The kitchen has been renovated this winter. It is very well equipped - Dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave oven, washing machine, food processor.<br>The bathroom has 2 sinks and 1 bathtub with a shower panel<br>The toilets are independent.<br>Linen is provided on request.
