The beach is a 15-minute walk away, with many typical Spanish restaurants to choose from<br>. A bus stop heading toward the historic center is 1 km away, and it takes 15 minutes to get downtown. The nearest supermarket is 1.3 km away.<br>The space<br>The living room has large sliding doors that open wide, offering views of the valley and the sea. It features a 3-seater sofa and a lounge chair, a dining table for 4 people, and a fully equipped kitchen with a 3-burner electric cooktop, microwave, convection oven, toaster, coffee maker, etc. There is an air conditioner for cooling or heating. Through the hall, you’ll find the smaller bedroom with two separate beds (80x200 cm each) and the master bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm). Each room has a closet with ample storage space. It overlooks the sea and the valley. The air conditioner provides heating or cooling.
