A very special apartment, on the top floor of a house of 1909, in the best area of the beach of Valencia, the Malvarrosa, with bus and tram a few steps and very close to the universities and the fashionable area of the city, the neighborhood of El Cabanyal but without the hassle of having stores and restaurants just below. The sea breeze arrives directly in a clear space next to old stately homes and new luxury apartments, retaining the charm accumulated in a century of existence. The apartment is located in an old fisherman's house built at the beginning of the 20th century, with a lot of history. I am normally available at home or very close, at the University, which is less than 10 minutes walk.
