Positive: Cute cosy apartment, has everything you need. Nice decoration. Quick responses from the host. Nice big and comfortable sofa bed. The location is very beautiful next to a lake. There is a bus stop nearby which makes it easier to travel
Negative: It’s a bit confusing to find the apartment because the address and the name of the apartment don’t align. Had to ask the host to confirm as we were getting lost. The pool wasn’t working when we arrived, the owner did promise to reimburse our money for the pool but as soon as we left they stopped responding to my messages and we never got our reimbursement of CHE 150( that’s a bit untrustworthy). The sauna is listed as part of the amenities that come with the booking, which influenced our decision to book the apartment. But we found out when we got there that the sauna is available only at an additional cost. So keep that in mind when booking. The apartment is very cute but a bit tiny and intimate. It’s best for a couple. We traveled as 3 adults and space was an issue. The TV is also located at an awkward position, might be a question of safety as well since we were always cautious about not bumping into it. Our booking said we get a lake view but we didn’t have a lake view in our room, just other buildings. If you are coming for the ski resort do consider options for transport as night as the buses stop and it’s a 25 min walk from the ski resort to the apartment. Uber is not always an option as it may take time to arrive
