On-site fees: The property’s private beach is available exclusively to guests of our apartments and is separated from the apartment building only by the pedestrian promenade. You’ll have access to a spacious swimming dock with 2 reserved lounge chairs and 1 umbrella, as well as a reserved underground parking space. The on-site restaurant offers the perfect culinary experience for a summer day at the beach. Final cleaning is charged at €89 or €99. Interim cleaning upon request: €30. Electricity: €6/day.
