The bustling town of Saltash is just 3 miles away, from Saltash Pier you can catch a ferry across the Tamar to Plymouth’s historic Barbican to discover the city’s rich maritime heritage and stroll around The Hoe. Close by is the pretty village of St Mellion with its renowned golf course. The south coast of Cornwall is dotted with picture-postcard fishing villages, including Polperro and Looe (19 miles).
